Requirements
- We ask that you bring your pet’s food from home to help prevent upset tummies.
- All meals should be pre-measured, in ziplock bags, to ensure that your pet has enough for their entire stay. Please label the bag with your pet’s name, date, and feeding time on it. (i.e.: Sam R. Sat 7/23 am; Sam R. Sat 7/23 pm.)
- Please ensure that your pet has enough food for the entirety of their stay plus one extra feeding.
- If you decide not to bring food it’s ok, we are also happy to give them our house specialty diet. Please note that there will be a $5 per meal fee added to your final lodging bill.
- If your pet requires prescription medication during their lodging stay, please bring the medication in their original prescription bottle and let us know how they need to be administered.
- We will not accept them mixed in their premeasured food bags.
- Please make sure to provide us with pill pockets or any tasty treats to help in administering your fur baby their medications as you would at home. We are happy to provide tasty treats to administer medications for an additional charge.
- We provide your pet with bedding, blankets and bowls. We allow raised and slow feeders only. We do not allow any bedding or blankets from outside of the resort. This is how we keep our resort flea-free. Your furbaby may start off with one type of bedding and end up with another type if they become a chewer. We want to keep your furbaby safe at all times.
- You may bring three (3) toys and a (1) bone that are labeled with your pet’s name on them. Please understand that they may not show as much interest in them as they do at home since they are more interested in the excitement around them at the resort! All their toys need to be able to fit into a washing machine in case an accident may occur and we need to wash them. We reserve the right to refuse any toys/bones and to stop using them at any time if we believe that they have become hazardous to your pet. We do our best to return all items but are not responsible for any lost items or the condition they may be returned in.
- You may bring one T-shirt, that has your scent on it. However, we do not allow any types of shoes or socks.
- Items we do not allow: beds or blankets for any reason, crates, shoes, socks, scrunchies, torn up toys or any items that we consider can be a choking hazard.
- We do pick up personal items from our fur babies suites when we are not in the building. This is because we are unable to supervise your pet with them. If your pet has destroyed a personal item, we will not be returning it to them during their stay.
- Without exception, all dogs must be up to date on their Rabies, Distemper Parvo, Bordetella, and a negative annual fecal test at least 48 hours prior to arriving at the resort. Starting in January 2025, we will also be requiring annual Leptospirosis and Influenza for all canines. All cats must be up to date on their Feline Distemper, Rabies, and a negative annual fecal test at least 48 hours prior to arriving at the resort. We do not accept pets that have had their vaccines given at home. All vaccines must be administered by a licensed healthcare professional and be able to provide proof of clinical vaccination.
- Titer Testing – We will accept antibody titer testing for Distemper in place of the vaccination if tested within the last 12 months.
- Please ask your veterinarian to email over Full Medical Records that include vaccine expiration dates for each vaccine. We require Full Medical Records so that we know your pet’s full health history and are up to date on their care. To help save time please email records to resort@pagepointnc.com, or fax to us at 919-794-8125.
- Webcams for our Cabanas and Villas are available from 8 am to 10 pm everyday. You can view your pet’s webcam through your customer portal once your pet is checked in for their lodging stay.
- Please contact Page Point Pet Resort if you have any issues viewing your webcam during your pet’s lodging stay.

- If you are having issues viewing your webcam outside of our normal business hours, you can contact our third party service by emailing them at support@abckam.com.
- For New Customers: Your reservation will be put on our waitlist until we receive your pet’s full medical and vaccination records and verify that we have a lodging reservation available.
- Traveling for the holidays can be stressful, which is why we want to make leaving your fur baby with us worry-free. We make sure they feel right at home and celebrate the holidays with a special treat option that you can sign them up for!
- Our lobby/reception area is closed on all major holidays (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day). Please note that when our reception area is closed, we are unable to check out your fur baby or answer any phone calls, text messages or emails during this time.
