Key Responsibilities:
As our Practice Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight of daily operations of the hospital and pet resort
- Employee support, coaching, correction, development, and motivation
- Development and implementation of various growth strategies in conjunction with the Practice Owners
- Monitor and manage facility, IT, administrative and labor costs
- Analyze, forecast, and make recommendations regarding revenue, DVM productivity, profit margins, capital expenditures, budgeting, and AR/AP
- Streamline and establish protocols for staff/client interactions
- Demonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client service. Function as client liaison, managing client relationships when necessary
- Help design and implement marketing strategy to ensure continual growth of the practice
- Participate in industry and community activities, while also developing new and unique marketing projects and events
- Maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, benefits, and contracts
- Establish goals for the practice/pet resort and staff. Plan and lead employee meetings
- Staff hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating as required
- Develop staff initiatives, support, resources, etc. that support the culture of Page Point Animal Hospital & Pet Resort

The Customer Care Coordinator is our welcoming first impression of our luxury resort. Groomer
Would you like the opportunity to build personal relationships with our clients each time they visit and truly become a part of their family? Under the guidance of the salon leader, you will learn their pets’ styles and personalities to create a customized, stylish experience just for them! From the start of their shampooing to their final strut out the door, you’ll take pride in the services you help provide!
Pet Groomer Responsibilities:
- Dematting and detangling hair as required.
- Bathing, conditioning, and drying pets.
- Trimming pets’ nails, brushing their teeth, and cleaning their ears.
- Grooming and styling pets according to pet owners’ instructions or standard grooming styles.
- Accommodating special requests that pet owners may have.
- Identifying health issues in pets, such as ear infections, skin conditions and informing pet owners of these observations.
- Ensuring that all pets are safe during the grooming process.
- Deliver world class customer satisfaction to customers and pets.
- Observe all safety rules and procedures and adhere to safety standard.
- Routinely cleaning work areas: sweep, vacuum, clean and sanitize cages, tubs, and other cleaning as needed to adhere to standards.
- Assist in operations as needed.
Pet Groomer Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.

Page Point Pet Resort is seeking skilled animal lovers to join our amazing team! We offer luxurious boarding, daycare, and grooming for dogs and cats in the Brier Creek area. You will help to provide high-quality care, supervise doggie playgroups and learn canine behavior.
We are seeking both full-time and part-time team members. Opportunities for additional tips are available in this position!
Weekends and Holidays are required. Team members that work on holidays will be paid time and a half.
